Utilize all three floors of the Haas-Lilienthal House

  • Second Floor has two large rooms for use of by bride and groom as dressing rooms

  • First Floor Parlors can be used for ceremony and reception

  • Ballroom ideal for seated dinner and dancing

  • First Floor Parlors and/or Dining Room for drinks and appetizers

Luncheons and Dinner Parties

  • Up to 50 guests can comfortably be seated on the First Floor Parlors and Dining Room

  • Up to 16 guests can be seated at the Dining Room table

  • Up to 100 guests can be seated in the Ballroom

Daytime Retreats and Meetings

Utilize the Dining Room or Ballroom with or without meal service

  • Up to 100 guests in Ballroom for theater seating for presentations

  • Dining Room as conference meeting room

  • Can accommodate lectures, presentations, or performances

  • Use of fireplace in the Second Parlor on the First Floor

  • 50" wall-mounted Samsung HD video monitor with USB and HDMI connections

  • Use of BOSE Soundwave system with optional microphone and iPod hookup

  • One-year membership to San Francisco Heritage (individuals and couples only)

Maximum Guest Capacity: 
Ballroom — 100 seated
First Floor — 50-60 seated; 125 standing

List of Preferred Caterers and Vendors

We prefer that you hire a experienced, well-staffed caterer and vendors for the duration of your event. You may use a caterer and vendor who is not on our list, but they must be properly licensed and insured, and provide proof of such. If they have never worked at this venue before, we require a visit prior to the event.

Constructed in 1886 by Jewish immigrants, this Queen Anne gem embodies both the progressive spirit that distinguishes San Francisco’s cultural landscape and the Victorian grandeur of its built environment. The House is a timeless, beautiful, and sophisticated setting for any event or special occasion.
